The most exciting to-do list ever:

In these remaining weeks before I take off for France, I am sure that I will have tons of ideas pop into my head of things that I want to do while I'm abroad, things that I HAVE to do while I'm abroad. So, here is a working list:

- try escargot (x)
- try North African food (x)
- try a diabolo-menthe (x)
- become somewhat of a regular at a local café in Aix
- send a bottle of wine back to the parents
- try Calissons (almond candy) from Aix (x)

- see the Catacombs (x)
- see the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre (x)
- see the Notre Dame and take a picture of the rose window (x)
- see the Chateau d'If
- see the "Winged Victory", "Mercury and Psyche", "Aphrodite, "Mona Lisa" at the Louvre (x)
- see the Eiffel Tower at night (x)
- go to the Pont du Gard
- go hiking at the Calanques of Cassis

- spend a day in Marseille (x)
- go to a club (x)
- go to a French musician's concert
- go to the Festival of Lights (x)
- swim in the Mediterranean Sea (x)
- make at least one non Wellesley-in-Aixer friend (x)
- go to a vineyard/wine-tasting
- go the Marche aux Fleurs in Aix (x)
- go to the Farmers' Market in Aix (x)
