Le Nouvel Vocabulaire

In the 5 days that I've spent in Paris I've already learned some new vocabulary. I thought I'd share it with you folks at home:
- un mec = n., slang, a guy
- J'en assez = "I'm full" (I've been looking for a way to say this for ages because the direct translation, "Je suis pleine", means "I'm pregnant". I don't want to say that)
- un con = n., an idiot, imbecile
- Poile au bec = "shut up"
- Rouler à pelle = kiss with tongue (which is funny because in the U.S. we call it "french kiss")
- le rosbeef = n., roast beef, or an affectionate name for the British during WWII.
- Tnaz? = slang, "Are you tired?"
- un Renoi = n., slang, someone who is black. (It's "noire" backwards, see noi-re becomes re-noi. French people feel very uncomfortable identifying people by their ethnic backgrounds or skin color like they do in the U.S. so they change the words sometimes)
- Paname = n., another name for Paris
- kiffer = v., slang, to like

And that's it for today's episode of Learn Unnecessary French with Min.
